City of Industry, CA — JFE Shoji America Holdings, Inc., Los Angeles, California, has finalized the purchase of a building to support the growth initiatives of CEMCO, LLC. Located on Heinz Way in Commerce City, Colorado, the building will improve CEMCO’s plant efficiencies and the company’s gold standard of service to its Colorado-based customers and those in outlying areas.
Formerly a Home Depot distribution center, the building spans 140,000 square feet and sits on over 18 acres.
“We have been operating at our current location in Denver for 22 years, and our biggest issue has been a constraint on space,” said Tom Porter, president and CEO of CEMCO. “This new building will allow us to become more efficient in our operations, while increasing the level of service to our customer base.”

CEMCO’s 140,000-square-foot Heinz Way distribution center in Commerce City, Colorado, will boost plant efficiencies and enhance service for customers across Denver and the surrounding region.
Porter added: “I am very excited to see the growth that will come with this new facility, and I am also excited for our employees who have been so loyal to us for so many years. I also want to thank our parent company, JFE Shoji America Holdings, for their continued support of CEMCO.”
Since 2003, CEMCO has been fully engaged in the Denver market as a tax-paying entity and an employer of many Coloradans. The new Heinz Way facility underscores CEMCO’s full commitment to the Denver market and the opportunities it presents.
The plan is for the Commerce City facility to be fully operational sometime in the first quarter of 2026.
