AD Member Sales Reach a Record $100 Billion in 2025

SFIA member AD reported record 2025 results, with member sales rising 20% to a record $100 billion across divisions and countries and same-store sales increasing 6%.

February 2, 2026 — AD, a contractor and industrial products wholesale buying group and an SFIA member, reported record 2025 results across member sales and purchases from AD supplier partners.

AD members increased total sales 20% to a record $100 billion across divisions and countries, with same-store sales rising 6%. Member purchases from AD supplier partners increased 34% year over year, including 7% on a same-store basis. Distributions to owner-members exceeded $1.8 billion.

AD Member Sales Reach a Record $100 Billion in 2025

Same-store sales increased in their respective currencies:

  • 6% in the U.S.
  • 5% in Canada
  • 1% in Mexico

The merger with IMARK Electrical drove most non-organic growth. AD members also acquired 62 companies outside the group and 27 within the group. 

“2025 was a very strong year for AD and its Owner-Members, marked by record results and incredible growth,” says AD CEO Bill Weisberg. “2026 is already on track to be another record year due to our merger with the great companies of The Commonwealth Group and positive early indicators in most of our industries.”
