L&W Supply Corporation, Chicago, an SFIA member and distributor of building materials and specialty products in the United States, and a subsidiary of ABC Supply Co., Inc., Beloit, Wisconsin, announced that it has acquired the assets of American Building Materials with locations in Wadsworth, Ohio, and Hebron, Ohio.
L&W Supply Strengthens Presence in Ohio
By acquiring American Building Materials, L&W Supply will increase its team of experienced associates and strengthen its presence in Ohio. With the acquisition, L&W Supply now has eight locations in Ohio.
“This acquisition allows L&W Supply to enhance our services to contractors in the central Ohio area and introduce L&W Supply to new customers in the Akron area,” says John McLaughlin, vice president of L&W Supply’s Northeast Region.
