AD, a Steel Framing Industry Association (SFIA) member, announced it earned multiple workplace recognitions in 2026, including:
- Philadelphia Inquirer Top Workplaces (eighth consecutive year)
- USA Today Top Workplaces (third year)
- Canada Great Place to Work (fourth consecutive year)
- Canada Best Workplaces (third consecutive year)
AD earned these honors based on results from an anonymous employee survey conducted by Energage LLC. The survey measures key drivers of engagement. It benchmarks results against data from millions of employees across thousands of organizations.
“What makes these recognitions meaningful is that they come directly from our associates and they reflect the culture our associates have built together over many years — one based on trust, respect, and a shared commitment to doing good work,” said Bill Weisberg, AD’s chairman and CEO.
AD also received multiple Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for the fourth consecutive year. The awards recognized employee appreciation, employee well-being and professional development.
“Earning this recognition consistently speaks to the environment our team has built,” said Rob Dewar, president of AD Canada. “There’s a high level of trust across the organization, and that shows up in how people work and collaborate day to day.”
