Industrialized Construction Solutions has been working exclusively in the IC space since 2007 and is a national leader in prefabricated cold-formed steel (CFS) structural systems. ICS delivers fully integrated industrialized building solutions across the United States, combining engineering expertise with a scalable fabrication and installation network.
Focused on industrialized construction, digital integration, and supply chain resilience, ICS partners with owners, developers, architects, and contractors to deliver noncombustible, efficient, and scalable prefab CFS structural solutions that outperform traditional approaches in speed, constructability, and consistency in schedules and budgets.
ICS operates under two primary service models:
1. Full Turnkey Prefabricated CFS Building Delivery
ICS provides concept-through-completion delivery of prefabricated CFS structural systems, including planning, structural design, engineering (including full SEOR services), digital modeling, fabrication, and field installation. Through a national network of more than 60 qualified fabricators, ICS can efficiently service projects in any U.S. market, ensuring scalable capacity, regional responsiveness, and consistent quality control. This model is particularly well suited for multi-site rollouts and large-scale programs requiring speed, repeatability, and supply chain certainty.
2. Structural Engineering and Consulting for Prefab CFS Systems
ICS’s structural engineers serve as Structural Engineer of Record (SEOR) and CFS Specialty Engineer on projects nationwide. The firm’s engineers are licensed SEs/PEs in each of the lower 48 states, Hawaii, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico, enabling seamless support for national developers, contractors, and design teams. ICS provides consulting, advanced structural analysis, performance-based design, design for manufacturing and assembly, and component and systems structural engineering and production services specific to prefab CFS structures.
