Ironline Metals Expands South Carolina Facility to Grow Cold-Formed Steel Manufacturing

Ironline Metals, an SFIA member, is expanding its Yemassee, South Carolina facility with a $6.5 million investment to increase cold-formed steel (CFS) manufacturing capacity.

Ironline Metals, an SFIA member, is set to expand its facility in Yemassee to continue manufacturing steel studs, metal decks, fasteners and ties.

The $6.5 million investment is expected to add about 20 jobs for the cold-formed steel (CFS) framing product manufacturer, with operations expected online in Q2 2026.

“Ironline Metals’ expansion directly reflects the success of South Carolina’s manufacturing industry,” Governor Henry McMaster said. “With the creation of 20 new jobs, Ironline Metals will continue contributing to our state’s development and providing opportunities for families across Hampton County.”
